The Sword Demon was a legendary sword expert of the Heavenly Demon Divine Cult and one of the Five Strongest Masters over 500 years ago. He would battle the Blade God and lose his right arm in the process.

Along with Heavenly Demon Patriarch, he was also a legendary figure within the Heavenly Demon Divine Cult and was prominently known to have establish the Demonic Academy and created the Seven Demon Sword fighting formation that alloas a group of combatants to fight against an stronger opponent. Many people in the cult admired the Sword Demon due to his abilities, insight, and dedication to the cult.
History and Plot[]
Five hundred years ago, the Sword Demon was the 1st Elder of the Heavenly Demon Divine Cult and served Cheon Mu Hui, the 7th Lord of the cult, and along with the lord, he was one of the Five Strongest Masters of his era. When Cheon Mu Hui then took a pilgrimage according to tradition but was unfortunately assassinated by the Blade God along with his companions. This caused a massive crisis to the cult because the secret of Cheon Ma's Sword Technique was loss with the 7th Lord's death and there were no written records of the technique since it was taught orally.
With the Lord's death at the time, it was apparent that the Blade God was targeting the Five Strongest masters of the Wulin. The Lord's only child, Cheon Mu Hwa, was an eight-year-old girl, so the Council Elder appointed the Sword Demon as the regent Vice-Lord. Sword Demon was an accomplished leader, and brought the cult under control. After successfully stabilizing it, he entered the Detention Center that was only for the Cheon Family.
It was in order to restore Cheon Ma's Sword Technique that he desperately attempted to deduce it, but without the necessary breathing technique and the energy flow, he failed to revive the lost technique. But despite failing to revive the original technique, he created another version of Cheon Ma's Sword Technique after analyzing it and adding his own realizations and decided to teach that to future Lords, which is known as the Heavenly Demonic Sword Technique.
However, he was worried and assured that the Blade God might come after him, so he began to train. He was aware that the Blade God's techniques contained unimaginable power, so he took the five sapphire monoliths engraved with markings of Cheon Ma's Sword Technique as a reference. He copied the sword markings in a separate book, and with the permission from the Council Elders, he began to train a sword skill to counter Cheon Ma's Sword Technique. Over a period of five years, he practiced by slashing the sapphire monoliths leaving the traces of Destructive Sword Technique's formations and used it as the base to successfully create the Twenty Four Demon Sword Art. Meanwhile, Blade God killed four of the Five Strongest of the Wulin, leaving him as the last.
Eight years after Cheon Mu Hui's death, he eventually fought the mysterious Blade God for three days and three nights but lost his right arm in the duel. Although it is claimed that the battle ended in a tie, the truth was that Blade God disappeared in the middle of the fight. Due to losing an arm and exhausting his life energy, before stepping down from Vice-Lord position, he then founded the Demonic Academy in order to protect Heavenly Demon Patriarch's legacy to be coveted by the opportunistic, greedy Council Elders and in the hopes of seeking a person who will master the true Sword Force of the Heavenly Demon from Cheon Family as well as deduce the secrets of the Blade God's Extreme Art. After his death, his right arm was preserved in the underground floor of the library, to help experts deduce the secret of Blade God's techniques.
