Kyung Pyo was from the Sword Clan and the son of Second Council Elder Kyung Bon Gi. He was a member of his cousin, Cheon Kyung Woon's faction as an assistant during their time at the Demonic Academy.

Kyung Pyo's one of the members who ambushed Mun Ku and Hu Bong at the front of the Isolation Training Facility in order to put Mun Ku under Cheon Kyung Woon.
When Cheon Kyung Woon was fighting against Mun Ku and Sim Jingu was dealing with Hu Bong, Cheon Yeo Woon came out of isolation training and deal damage with other cadets, he tried to surrender and threaten the former but instead was punched at his chest that made him pass out[1].
