Ark Wui is one of the acknowledged Top Five Strongest Masters in Murim and held the title East Challenger God or God of the East. Not much is known about him since he doesn't have much feats but he was a man who reigned as one of the Five Strongest warriors without using any weapons[1].

His whereabouts were unknown to the people of Jianghu and his name was only heard for a brief time before he vanished, but only a few individuals in Wulin were aware of the truth that he's locked up in Changbai Mountain[2]. History[]
A hundred years ago, after the death of his closest friend, Ark Wui dedicated his entire life to purifying the White Tiger, a powerful creature that had gone on a rampage. It took nearly a century of unwavering effort to cleanse the beast. In accordance with his friend's dying words, Ark Wui took on the responsibility of confronting the White Tiger every ten years and helped him release his anger, to prevent it from wreaking havoc on the world. He also made sure to keep people away from the mountain, preventing any disturbance that could trigger the tiger's fury. Over time, Ark Wui became known as the Guardian of the Changbai Mountain.
20 years before the main story, He thwarted the Blade God Six Martial Clan's plan of obtaining the White Tiger core by beating the Blade Lord and the leaders of the the Blade God Six Martial Clan as they tried approaching Changbai Mountain. This delayed their plan for almost 20 years.
Plot[]
He first appeared at Changbai Mountain where he defeated the whole Yulin army without killing them and warned them to not return. He then intervene in a battle between Cheon Yeo Woon and the human form Fallen White Tiger Divine Beast. A battle then ensue between him and Cheon Yeo Woon. Cheon Yeo Woon won because he reached Peak Divine Master absorb the 4 energy core of the Qilin, Imogi, Turtle Dragon, and Ice Bird, meaning he had more energy than Ark Wui, who reached Peak Divine Master with only his determination.
Later, Blade God cut off both his arms and nearly killed him. When Blade God was close to killing Cheon Yeo Woon, Ark Wui stood up, reached Heavenly Master, and proceeded to use the Heart Fist technique on Blade God, causing him severe damage, before dying. This opening allows Cheon Woon to survive and fight back against the Blade God.
After Cheon Woon reach Heavenly Master and woke up, he honored Ark Wui by giving permission to cremate to everyone that died to defend the righteousness that Ark Wui upheld. He acknowledge that Ark Wui was the best warrior since Ark Wui had surpassed both Cheon Yeowun and the Blade God, reaching Heavenly Master with his determination as a human without core or nano. Chun Yeowun thought that the most meaningful thing he achieved by coming to Changbai Mountain was meeting Ark Wui rather than the core.

As his title suggests, as one of the Five Strongest beings for century, he capable of standing on equal footing in a one-on-one fight with Cheon Yeo Woon only with his fist technique alone. However, despite his formidable strength, he is still human and thus faces limitations, particularly when it comes to stamina.
